atura Design Services provides a convenient postage and packaging service for customers who need items securely prepared and sent. Simply bring your item to us, and we can package it appropriately, arrange the selected delivery service and provide any available proof of postage or tracking information.
Packaging starts from £1 per standard parcel, £2.50 for larger parcels, and £5 for items valued above £500. Our posting service starts from an additional £1 per parcel, plus the applicable delivery charge.

Download our service agreement [here], sign it and return it by email. Alternatively, you can collect and complete a printed copy from our premises.
The agreement protects both you and Natura Design Services by clearly explaining the service, responsibilities and procedures that apply. Once completed, the agreement remains valid for 12 months, allowing you to use our services repeatedly without completing a new agreement for every parcel.
A signed service agreement is required before we can accept or process any items.

All personal information is handled securely and used only for providing the requested service, as explained in our service agreement and privacy information.
Contact us to arrange a suitable time to bring your items to our premises. Once the items have been accepted, we will begin preparing them for postage.
A standard parcel can usually be packaged within approximately 60 seconds. Fragile, unusually shaped or higher-value items may take up to 15 minutes, depending on their packaging and handling requirements.
We currently have the capacity to process up to 500 parcels per day, with the ability to expand our capacity as demand increases.
We aim to arrange same-day postage for eligible parcels received within our stated acceptance times. Same-day processing remains subject to parcel acceptance, completion of the required documentation, availability of the selected delivery service and any applicable collection or drop-off deadlines.
Postage costs if we are to purchase the postage is the standard postage cost via royal mail rate +0.10p per parcel
Additional parcels upto 10 are discounted with 25% off of the above pricing each.
